About Elizabeth

Gentle attention fosters warmth, empowerment and coherence. Paying attention is central to a compassionate relationship. It is the core of my daily personal and professional practices and the basis of my massage and doula services. I offer prenatal massage and doula support.

My trainings and certifications include:
  • Licensed Massage Therapist: Arizona MT-11792
  • DONA training for doulas
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • BA in Human Ecology
  • NCMTM: 558907-08

I love the outdoors, swimming, dancing, and reading. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years, which also strongly informs my work. I have a passion for healthy communities and resilient systems. I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. After spending several years in Maine where I earned my BA in Human Ecology, I moved to Sacramento for several years to be close to the Rudolf Steiner College and wider Anthroposophical community. During this time I also worked with Fawn Gilbride, LM CPM, at Sacramento Midwifery Services as an apprentice and massage therapist. Now I have returned to my desert in Tucson. I also currently work part-time at a family business: the Little Quail School.
